Shipping and Replacement Policy

We at Aethon care about your sentiment and excitement attached with each and every order you place with us and we also make sure to make the shopping, return and cancellation experience as easy and smooth as possible.

Shipping / Delivery

Order can be shipped only to a single address, which is selected at the time of checkout for that particular order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

We try our best to ensure that each item in your order is shipped within 1-2 working days and delivered within 2-6 days of the order date (depending upon distance of the address selected for delivery). However, in some rare cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other unforeseen circumstances.

All orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday would be processed the next day. Aethon uses renowned shipping partners like Delhivery to ensure safe and fast delivery of your package.

While Aethon attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may sometimes not be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

Placed orders can be tracked and found under "My Orders" section of user dashboard (accessible after login) under URL https://aethongaming.com/my-orders

Order ID will be generated for each order placed along with Customer Invoice corresponding to that particular order. Order can be either placed as COD (Cash/ Pay On Delivery) or can be pre-paid using reliable, safe and secure Razor pay payment gateway using UPIs, debit/ credit cards, wallets and online banking.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Aethon Customer Support immediately. You can reach out to us at sales@aethonworld.com or can WhatsApp or call on our support number +91 8595650835 with your order/ invoice ID and images of the product. Aethon will dispatch a replacement immediately.

Do not accept the order if the packaging has been tampered or damaged and inform/ contact Aethon for the same to look into the matter and initiate a new shipment on time.

Return, Exchanges & Replacement Policy

We don't offer any return or exchange options. Replacement will only be applicable in case of wrong delivery of the product or if the product is in damaged condition or is found missing in the package. Any product that has been missing, hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email (sales@aethonworld.com) within 24 hours of the product being delivered along with the unboxing video mandatorily.

In case of products under warranty, customers can raise the request to claim product' warranty on the same email id mentioned above by attaching the video/ photos of the issue being faced along with valid reasons and explanation of the problem in the same mail. Only non-accidental, non-damage, manufacturing defects would be covered under warranty.

New replacement product will be shipped to the customers belonging directly or indirectly to our Aethon family within 1-2 working days (might face little delay under unforeseen circumstances) upon successful delivery of the wrong product to Aethon warehouse.

However, Aethon reserves the right to determine the authenticity of damage and to decide whether we may be able to repair or replace the product. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves.

In case of cancellation, there is no refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another Aethon product(s) available on our website of same or higher value by paying the remainder.

Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.

*Note- It is advised to make unboxing video while opening the packet as while raising the claim for wrong/empty/damaged product it is compulsory to share unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery*

Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled as per "No question asked policy" of Aethon before the delivery of the product corresponding to that order. Order once delivered can not be cancelled.

Warranty Guidelines

Warranty will vary depending on the product model and year of the sale, and will be applicable as per the warranty term mentioned on the product or it's detail page at the time of purchase. Warranty can be redeemed/ claimed using the valid Bill/ Invoice generated for the Aethon product generated by Aethon itself or it's partners/ distributors/ resellers/ retailers.

Only non-accidental, non-damage, manufacturing defects would be covered under warranty.

Changes in the replacement and cancellation policy

Aethon has the right to change or update Replacement and Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide advance notice to you either by email, by posting a notification on the Aethon website or by posting an updated Shipping, Replacement and Cancellation Policy on the Aethon website at least 45 days in advance of the effective date of the updated Policy. Please note that, for existing users, unless otherwise provided by applicable law, your continued use of the Services following the effective date of the updated Policy means that you agree with, and consent to be bound by, the updated Policy.
